Tottenham have a ‘concrete’ interest in Bournemouth striker Dominic Solanke.

That is according to the latest report from Football Insider, which claims that the former Liverpool striker has garnered substantial interest from the likes of Arsenal, West Ham and the Lilywhites.

It was previously reported that Tottenham are ready to set aside “big funds” in their summer transfer budget to purchase a new striker.

This is not the first time he has been linked with Spurs. Previously, journalist Ben Jacobs claimed that the striker has been identified by Tottenham as someone they would pursue in the summer transfer window.

Solanke has been exceptional this season, having scored an impressive 19 goals for The Cherries this season across all competitions.

In the Premier League, he has scored 17, just three less than golden boot contenders Erling Haaland (20) and Cole Palmer (20).

He could prove to a great signing for Tottenham, however, Spurs are expected to face stiff competition from West Ham.

The Hammers were among the leading contenders to sign the former Liverpool striker in the January transfer window but a deal could not be materialised.

A recent report claimed that West Ham have already held initial talks with Solanke’s representatives, and that a fee close to £45m is expected to be considered acceptable by Bournemouth.
