Dani Ceballos was delighted scoring for Real Madrid in their Champions League win at Union Berlin.
Ceballos was pleased to be on the scoresheet on the night.
"Slowly I'm gaining confidence. It's true that I'm not at my best, but the goal helps," said the Spanish midfielder.
"The team has always given me a lot of trust. But above all, the support of my family was important. They were tough moments, because of the injuries and because when I entered the game I couldn't find the rhythm. But now I'm happy for the victory and for this goal. I'm really happy."
He hugged coach Carlo Ancelotti after scoring and added: "If I'm here today it's thanks to his fundamental help. He knows how much I've been through, he has always supported me. He told me that he was very happy with the goal. His trust in him is fundamental, he is like a father to me, to all of us."
