Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag expects Bruno Fernandes to stay.
There's been claims Fernandes is among those being transfer-listed by United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
But Ten Hag says: "I know he is very happy to be here.
"Taking responsibility is one of the greatest assets top players have to show and deliver. Bruno is always available, he never misses a match and always plays at a good level and always gives energy to a team.
"Such assets are necessary to succeed. Bruno is a real fighter. Last year for example when we played against Brighton in the semi-finals of the FA Cup, he played with an ankle that was so thick it was unbelievable. Bruno is a very good example for other players."
