Man City striker Jaden Heskey: I try not to think about comparisons with Dad

Manchester City striker Jaden Heskey admits his name does bring with it added pressure.

Heskey is the son of former Leicester City and Liverpool striker Emile Heskey.

Jaden told the Manchester Evening News: "Obviously I'm a bit smaller than him. He's 6 foot 2, a big striker. I'm 5"10.

"Playing at striker, the hold-up play is similar, even though I'm smaller, I can bring players into the game similar to him. He appreciates how I play but there's not too much of a comparison.

"I feel like it adds a bit of pressure but I try not to think about it.

"I just get on with it. But to have him there, be supportive, it's the main thing. Obviously my dad's been through everything so I can always go to him if I need any advice."
