Injury setback for Man City midfielder Nunes

Manchester City midfielder Matheus Nunes is set to join several of his teammates on the treatment table.

The summer arrival from Wolves has been a bit part player for the Citizens so far this term.

Nunes has been declared unfit for Portugal duty during this international break.

As a result, he will have to spend time on the training ground and gym to get himself into the right shape.

Nunes will now face a race against time to be fit when City take on Liverpool after the international break.

The two sides are meeting next Saturday in the early kick-off in the Premier League.
