‘Game of their life’ – Cesc Fabregas has a warning for Man United players

Cesc Fabregas has offered some advice to Manchester United ahead of their FA Cup match against Newport County this weekend.

These kinds of games only happen in the FA Cup. Newport is now a galaxy away from Manchester United, sitting at 14th place in League Two of English football.

But United cannot take it easy. Every cup encounter is difficult, but this one in particular has a reputation for a big upset.

Manchester United have to make sure they’re performing at the highest level and Cesc Fabregas agrees with that.

“It is the game of your life. Believe me, you have to motivate yourself like this is the game of your life,” he begins.

“When you play these games and you think you won it before you’ve even started and you’re better than them and too good for this fixture, most of the time, you end up paying for it.

“My experience tells me that these are the games that you have a lot to lose and little to win. So you better be ready for the for the fight.”

The host team will have the support of the whole football community. An underdog tale is a universal favorite, and Newport will get very excited about it.

United cannot take this game lightly.
