Fiorentina director Barone happy with Belotti, Faraoni deals

Fiorentina director Joe Barone is happy with their winter market work.

Striker Andrea Belotti has arrived from Roma and midfielder Davide Faraoni from Hellas Verona.

Barone said: "We have brought in two players, two leaders in Belotti and Faraoni. They have a lot of character and can strengthen the group.

Until yesterday, we tried to sign a player but the margins weren't agreed upon. We have a strong and united group and this is one of our strengths. In the end, we have to make the right calculations.

"We believe in the current squad and we are behind the team."
