AC Milan Legend Pippo Inzaghi Opens Up On Rapport With Inter Milan Coach Simone Inzaghi: 'We Never Argued, Now He’s The More Famous'

Salernitana coach Pippo Inzaghi discusses his great relationship with his younger brother and Inter Milan manager Simone Inzaghi.

The two famous siblings rose through the ranks of Piacenza, but it was the older Filippo who enjoyed the more prosperous playing career, keeping his younger in his shadow.

Pippo Inzaghi cemented himself as one of the deadliest strikers of his generation during his time at Juventus and AC Milan. He also won the 2006 World Cup with the Italian national team.

But while Simone was less prolific in front of goal, he’s making up for it with his exploits in the dugout.

The 47-year-old has already won four Coppa Italia trophies and three Italian Super Cups while coaching Lazio and Inter.

On the other hand, Pippo Inzaghi has yet to find similar success during his coaching career. His only accolades came in the lower divisons.

Therefore, the 50-year-old admits that Simone has now become the more famous of the two siblings, while opening up on their excellent brotherly rapport.

“What does Simone mean to me? I can say ‘everything’. Do you know that we have never argued? Which is very rare between brothers,” noted Filippo Inzaghi in his interview with Il Corriere della Sera via FcInterNews.

“Every time one of us finishes a match, the other is the first to call him.
