Roach mentions that hard work that the players and coaches are putting in, but the results aren't getting the job done. There's clear passion behind his words a facial expressions.
Interviews like this one are why fans should never doubt the 'want to' from players. They work their tails off, and they know the expectations. Roach is not a highly-touted player, but he has been an important piece in run defense this season for the Saints.
Overall, Roach is certainly one of many players that realizes that the Saints are not living up to their potential as a roster this season, and it i sighing on him.
They'll look to get back on track after their bye week in Week 11.
