Report: Raiders DE Chandler Jones arrested overnight in Las Vegas, allegedly violated protective order

The off-the-field saga involving Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Chandler Jones took another turn overnight, as TMZ has reported that Jones was arrested around midnight for allegedly violating a protective order. Jones is reportedly still at the Clark County jail as of Friday morning.

Earlier in the week, Jones took to social media posting a series of videos and other posts explaining that he had been taken to a psychiatric care facility against his will. It’s apparently part of a now weeks-long issue between Jones and the Raiders, who he claims have been orchestrating much of what’s happened to him.

The Raiders have been mum on the issue, calling it “personal” and declining to speak further.
