The 25-year-old has yet to make his NBA debut but is available for Saturday's game (h/t Fred Katz of The Athletic).
Skapintsev is available today with the Knicks. Thibodeau says he likes Skapintsev because he "can pass the ball a little bit" and is a good communicator on defense.
