The Atlanta Hawks defeated the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday night, 132-103, to advance to the final round of the NBA Play-In Tournament.

Thanks to well-rounded scoring throughout their lineup, Atlanta cruised to victory over the Hornets.
In total, six Hawks finished in double-figures against Charlotte.
Trae Young led the way with a team-high 24 points and 11 assists. Young shot 8-of-24 from the field, 1-of-7 from the three-point range, and 7-of-8 from the free-throw line.
De'Andre Hunter had 22 points and seven rebounds, while Kevin Huerter and Bogdan Bogdanovic had 13 points. Clint Capela controlled the boards, grabbing 17 rebounds and adding 15 points.
Charlotte's LaMelo Ball led all scorers with 26 points, including four three-pointers, off 7-of-25 shooting.
Atlanta led by eight points, 60-52, at halftime but pulled away in a dominant third quarter. In the third stanza, the Hawks outscored the Hornets 42-24 to take control of the game and stave off elimination for another day.
On Friday, Atlanta will travel to take on the Cleveland Cavaliers, with the winner claiming the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference.
