A new cause of death has been revealed in the case of Odalis Perez.
MLB reporter Hector Gomez reported on Thursday night that Perez died at his home in the Dominican Republic at the age of 43. A lawyer said that Perez’s brother went to Odalis’ home and found his brother dead. At the time, they said it appeared that Perez died after falling down a ladder.
However, Gomez shared on Friday that new reports say Perez suffered a heart attack. The heart attack would have been the cause of death and led Perez to fall down the ladder.
