Retired Boston Red Sox legend David Ortiz is selling his customized Miami-area mansion.

Big Papi, 47, has listed the property built in 2019, for $12.5 million, according to ONE Sotheby’s International Realty website.

The Hall of Fame player and his then-wife Tiffany bought the Pinecrest, Fla., property for $1.5 million in 2016.

The property has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms on the 10,178-square-foot lot. The property also boasts a home theatre with a bar, a sports memorabilia lounge, an outdoor kitchen, and a swimming pool with three firepits.

David Ortiz told Mansion Global he decided to sell the home because his children, Alexandra, 21, and D’Angelo, 18, have grown up and moved out.

He and Tiffany split in 2021.

The sale comes a year after he was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame. He played 20 seasons in the majors, including 14 with the Red Sox. He was also a 10-time All-Star. Oritz slugged 541 home runs during his career with the Red Sox and Minnesota Twins.

Since retiring, the personable Ortiz has found a second act as a baseball analyst on Fox Sports’ baseball TV coverage.

Last September, Ortiz worked with LIV Golf to promote the golf tournament in Boston. Ortiz welcomed LIV fans to Boston in a video debuting during the first of the three-day tournament.

Ortiz will be part of an ongoing marketing strategy where LIV employs sports luminaries and celebrity golf fans to help attract fans.
