Rivals.com national recruiting analyst John Garcia Jr predicted this week that a former Tennessee Vols commit will land with the Georgia Bulldogs.

Garcia thinks Georgia is the program that will secure a commitment from former Vols cornerback commit Shamar Arnoux.

From Rivals.com: Arnoux has been somewhat quiet on the recruiting trail since he decommitted from Tennessee back in February. Even before that point, programs throughout SEC country had been steady on his trail, including in-state power Georgia. LSU and South Carolina are also worth watching in this one, and he’ll be in Colorado this weekend, but the local allure and fresh feel from the revamped secondary staff in Athens could be too much to pass up. Prediction: Georgia

Arnoux, 6-foot-1/175 lbs from Carrollton, GA, is rated by 247Sports as the No. 55 cornerback in the nation and the No. 63 player in the state of Georgia.

When Arnoux decommitted from Tennessee, he wasn't viewed as a "big loss" due to his relatively low recruiting ranking.

But the heavy interest from Georgia shows that Arnoux's recruiting ranking probably isn't accurate.

Arnoux recently participated in the Rivals Camp Series stop in Atlanta, where he put together a "near MVP effort" according to Garcia
