Thursday signings
• The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have acquired right-handed pitchers Vance Worley and Trevor May from the Philadelphia Phillies in exchange for outfielder Ben Revere.
Worley, 25, went 6-9 with a 4.20 ERA in 23 starts for the Phillies last season. May, 23, went 10-13 with a 4.87 ERA in 28 starts at Double-A Reading last season. Revere, 24, appeared in 254 games for the Twins hitting .278 with 64 RBI and 74 stolen bases over parts of three major league seasons.
• The Boston Red Sox have agreed to a one-year deal with Koji Uehara, according to a source. Uehara's base salary is reportedly $4.25 million.
